1. Definitions

In these Terms:

• “We”, “us”, “our” refer to Yuzo Store.
• “You”, “user”, “merchant” refer to the person or entity using Yuzo Store.
• “Bots” refers to Discord bots made available via Yuzo Store.
• “Subscriptions” refers to recurring plans for using bots or features.

2. Use of Yuzo Store

You agree to use Yuzo Store only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in your country. You must not misuse our services, attempt to break security, or use bots for spam, abuse, or illegal activities on Discord or any other platform.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any access tokens used to connect your Discord account or servers to Yuzo Store. Any actions taken through your account are considered your responsibility.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments for bots, plans, or other services are processed securely via Tap Payments ("Tap"). By subscribing or making a payment, you authorize us and Tap to process the transaction in accordance with Tap’s terms and our policies.

Subscription periods, renewal dates, and prices will be shown clearly at checkout or in your dashboard. If a subscription is not renewed or is cancelled, access to paid features or bots may be limited or stopped at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy page for details about eligibility, timing, and conditions.

6. Changes, downtime, and limitations

We may update, change, or temporarily suspend parts of Yuzo Store (including bots or dashboard features) for maintenance or improvements. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure stability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuzo Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia (or your country of registration, if different), unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
