Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General

Yuzo Store provides access to Discord bots and related services through subscriptions or one-time purchases. Because access is digital and may be activated immediately, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in situations such as:

• Technical issues caused by Yuzo Store or our bots that prevent you from using the service.
• Duplicate payments for the same subscription or bot.
• Incorrect amount charged due to a system error.

We generally do not offer refunds in these cases:

• If you changed your mind after activating the bot or using the service.
• If your server was moderated, banned, or changed in a way unrelated to Yuzo Store or our bots.
• Abuse, spam, or violation of Discord’s Terms of Service.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our Discord server or official support channel and include:

• Your payment reference or transaction ID.
• The bot or plan you purchased.
• A brief explanation of the issue.

We may ask for additional details to understand the issue and verify your request.

4. Processing refunds through Tap

Approved refunds are processed via Tap Payments and returned to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will typically keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. Future renewals will be stopped.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically guarantee a refund for the current or past billing periods.
