Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for purchases made through Yuzo Store.
1. Merchant of Record
All payments for Yuzo Store are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf, in accordance with Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.
2. Refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are handled by Paddle and are subject to their refund terms and applicable consumer protection laws.
After the 14-day period has ended, refunds are no longer available.
3. How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record and holds the funds, refund requests must be made through Paddle:
- Use the “View order” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt, or
- Visit paddle.net and contact Paddle support.
Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so that Paddle can locate your purchase quickly.
4. Subscriptions & cancellations
Yuzo Store is offered as a subscription service. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle buyer portal link in your email receipt or by contacting Paddle support.
When you cancel, you will normally retain access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous billing periods, except where allowed under section 2 above or required by law.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Yuzo Store after changes are published means you accept the updated policy.
